PropertyFlow Account Deletion
PropertyFlow is provided by Ashtan Interiors Ltd.
If you have a PropertyFlow account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to propertyflow.help@gmail.com from the email address associated with your PropertyFlow account.
Use the subject:
PropertyFlow Account Deletion Request
Please state that you want your PropertyFlow account deleted. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before completing the request.
What will be deleted
Following verification of your request, we will delete or anonymise, as applicable:
• Your PropertyFlow account and profile information
• Projects and work items associated with your account
• Scopes of work and project records
• Images, photographs, documents and other evidence stored through PropertyFlow
• Other user-created content associated with your account
Information that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations. Any information retained for these purposes will only be kept for as long as required for that purpose.
Processing your request
Account deletion requests will be processed within the period required by applicable data-protection law.
